Do you offer covered storage?
No. We offer affordable uncovered outdoor storage.

What can I store?
You can store RVs, campers, boats, trailers, vehicles, and approved equipment, subject to rental terms.

Do stored items need to be on tires?
Yes. All stored items must remain on inflated tires, except slide-out campers.

Can I rent online?
Yes. Select a space size and complete your rental online. Gate access is enabled after your vehicle information is received and verified.

When will I receive my gate code?
Your gate code will be sent after we receive and verify your vehicle photo, license plate or temporary permit photo, and vehicle registration.

What are the gate access hours?
Gate access is available daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Are repairs or maintenance allowed?
No. Mechanical work, maintenance, repairs, restoration, or business operations are not allowed at the facility.

Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Month-to-month rentals are available. Prepay discounts may also be available.
