Billing starts when you complete your rental. Your first bill includes applicable prorated rent plus the first full billing period. Standard rent renews on the 1st; discounted monthly rates require the stated prepayment.
Gate access after approval: 6:00 AM–9:00 PM daily.
Reserving for later? The $10 fee holds a space for up to 30 days and is credited toward rent. Convert within 30 days or the reservation is canceled and the fee is nonrefundable. Reservations do not provide gate access. Billing starts and payment is due when converted to a rental.
